Secondary Antibodies
Secondary antibodies, also known as ‘anti-antibodies’, can bind to primary antibodies. Generally, secondary antibodies combined with enzymes or fluorophores can indirectly detect the target protein by binding to the primary antibody, thereby amplifying the signal to improve detection sensitivity.
Elabscience® offers various high-quality conjugated and unconjugated secondary antibodies suitable for fluorescence detection of primary antibodies. These antibodies are applicable for conventional techniques such as IF, IHC, WB, and flow cytometry, among others.
