| General Information |
Zearalenone is produced by fungi of the genus Fusarium, it is distributed in corn, barley, wheat, oats, sorghum, rice, beans, silage and hay, and by-products of grain processing. Zearalenone is also a kind of plant hormone, eating foods containing zearalenone can cause hyperestrogen in the body and central nervous system poisoning.
