T-2 toxin is one of the trichothecenes (TS) compounds produced by a variety of fungi, and is commonly found in agricultural products such as oats, corn, barley, and wheat. T-2 toxin can cause symptoms such as weight loss, diarrhea, skin necrosis, and difficulty breathing.
