1. This product can be stored at -20 ℃ for 1 year and transported under refrigerated conditions. 2. This product is limited to scientific research by professionals and cannot be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment. 3. For your safety and health, please wear laboratory clothes and disposable gloves for operation. 4. This product provides affinity gel in the form of gel suspension. The content of affinity gel in gel suspension is 25%, and it should be gently re-suspended before use. Take the adhesive suspension and use it as needed. 5. Antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA, IgD) of different species have different binding affinity with Protein G. Please read this manual carefully when using them Annex. 6. Do not freeze or dry gel, and do not sonicate the gel. Do not allow the acid treatment time of gel to exceed 10min. 7. Relevant reagents for supporting use must be prepared by the laboratory itself. |
