Product Introduction Ham's F-10 Nutrient Mixture is a culture medium designed by Ham for CHO cell serum-free culture in 1963. Ham's F-10 contains rich nutrients and is suitable for human diploid cells culture, cloning culture of cells under low serum conditions, normal culture of mammalian cells, chromosome analysis of white blood cells, and primary cell culture of rats, rabbits, chickens and other animals.
This product contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients required for various types of cell culture, but does not contain proteins, lipids or any growth factors. So this product should be used with serum or serum-free additives.
