| Parameter Information | 1.Application Scope Affinity purification and immune (co) precipitation of MYC tag fusion protein. MYC tag can be located at the N-terminal, C-terminal or middle of the protein, such as N-terminal MYC fusion protein (MYC-Protein), C-terminal MYC fusion protein (Protein-MYC) and Met modified N-terminal MYC fusion protein (Met-MYC-Protein). 2.Antibody properties Mouse monoclonal antibody, IgG2a subtype. 3.Magnetic beads properties Agarose coated superparamagnetic beads with an average particle size of 3 μm. 4.Binding capacity 0.5mL nano magnetic beads covalently coupled with 2mg Anti-MYC mouse monoclonal antibody. 0.25mL Anti-MYC immunomagnetic beads can purify or precipitate at least 0.6mg MYC fusion protein. 5.Repeatability It can be used repeatedly for more than 5 times. 6.Components 0.25mL Anti-MYC immunomagnetic beads stored in 0.75mL PBS containing preservatives. |
