His tags can be located at the N-terminus, C-terminus, or middle of the protein, such as the N-terminus His fusion protein (His Protein), C-terminus His fusion protein (Protein His), and Met modified N-terminus His fusion protein (Met His Protein). 2.Antibody Attributes His-Tag Mouse Ab：Mouse IgG. 3.Binding substrate Magnetic bead particles, average particle size 3 μm. 4.Loading Capacity 1 mL of magnetic bead suspension containing 20 mg of magnetic beads, covalently conjugated to approximately 1 mg of Anti-His mouse monoclonal antibody. 1mL of Anti-His immunomagnetic beads can precipitate 1~2 mg of His fusion protein. 5.Liquid storage composition Contain 0.2‰ sodium azide in PBS. |

Do not centrifuge, freeze, or dry magnetic beads, do not sonicate the magnetic beads, and do not allow acid treatment of magnetic beads for more than 10 minutes. 5. When mixing the magnetic beads, please use methods such as gentle blowing with a pipette, gentle vortex, upside down, and shaking the beads to mix. Do not use methods such as ultrasonication. 6. Relevant reagents for supporting use must be prepared by the laboratory itself. |
